Boston Celtics star Jayson Tatum says that veteran teammate Al Horford has helped him tremendously as a leader/player.

(via Boston Celtics):

Reporter: “Which Celtic teammate did you learn leadership lessons from?”

Tatum: “Probably Al, Al Horford. Just how professional he is at 36 or 37. Just how he’s still playing a valuable part on the best team in the league, and that comes from his maturity, the way he approaches every day, he has a routine. Being my first year in the league, that’s somebody that helped me out a lot. It kinda helped me realize that I need a routine for my own. So Al has been very instrumental in my success as a player.”
