The NBA slaps Washington Wizards star Bradley Beal a $25K fine upon making a contact with an official, the league announced Monday.
The incident took place at the 8:23 mark in the third quarter of the Wizards’ 127-113 win over the Indiana Pacers last week.
After a failed steal attempt on the Pacers’ long pass across the court, Beal appeared to shove the official towards the seats after losing his momentum on the play.
Beal, 29, is averaging 22.5 points on 52 percent shooting to go with 5.2 assists this season.
