The man who Matt Barnes allegedly spit on at Levi’s Stadium is reportedly suing the NBA champion. David Patterson Jr., the ex-husband of Barnes’ fiancée, says Barnes caused him injury and emotional distress during the Dallas Cowboys-San Francisco 49ers divisional round game Sunday.
