The Trail Blazers wasted a 25-point lead in the second half against the Lakers and ended up losing 112-121. It was Portland third loss in a row and eighth loss in ten games.

Damian Lillard, who scored 24 points, grabbed 6 rebounds and dished out 10 assists for the Blazers, was asked after the game how much more patience he has with this team, alluding to potential need for trades.

The 32-year-old superstar did not appreciate the question, even going as far as saying that it is disrespectful towards him.

Via Adrian Bernecich of Blazer’s Edge:

“I’m confused why you all are asking me these questions right now, honestly. I respect it, but the bottom line is, we at the mid-way point of the season and we’re struggling right now, we’re not playing really well, we’ve been in a lot of these games, none of these games are just like we getting blown away. So i think as far as basketball goes there are things we can do to be better and we win some of these games.”

Portland is currently thirteenth in the Western Conference with 21 wins and 25 losses.
