With him now being shopped by the Milwaukee Bucks, Serge Ibaka has gained significant trade interests already.
Per Mike Scotto of HoopsHype, the likes of Atlanta Hawks, Miami Heat, and the Brooklyn Nets are watching closely on the Ibaka sweepstakes – with the Bucks expected to ask for a second-round pick to finally cut ties with the big man.
Ibaka and the Milwaukee brass led by GM Jon Horst mutually agreed to work for a trade last week, with a new home set to be expected soon.
This season, the veteran is averaging a career-low 4.1 points and 2.8 boards. He wasn’t able to gain much playing time for the Bucks under Mike Budenholzer with Giannis Antetokounmpo, Brook Lopez, and Bobby Portis having their chunky parts of frontcourt exposure on the team.
