Last year the Warriors claimed their seventh NBA championship by defeating the Celtics 4-2 in the Finals.

Game 6 in which Golden State closed the series took place in Boston in front of the local fans. Draymond Green, who won his fourth ring that night, thinks it was beautiful winning there.

Via Kendra Andrews of ESPN:

“It was such a beautiful thing,” Draymond Green told ESPN. “It’s not something they hadn’t experienced before. So I think it’s great that they experienced it from us. With Steph Curry doing what Steph Curry does and the guy they chose to call the N-word. It was beautiful.”

This season the Dubs are far from being among the top teams in the Western Conference as far as standings are concerned.

With the season crossing to the second half, Golden State sits in the seventh place with 22 wins and 22 losses.
