Nikola Vucevic exploded with season-high 43 points, leading the Bulls to a win over the Warriors (132-118).
According to Zach LaVine, the 32-year-old Montenegrin center had a hot hand right from the start, so his teammates played through him.
“You could see off the get go that he had the hot hand, and we played off of him,” LaVine said, per Alex Shapiro of NBC Sports. “That’s what you can do when you’ve got a guy like that. It was great.”
This season Vucevic is averaging 16.9 points, 10.9 rebounds and 3.1 assists in 31 minutes per game.
