Zion Williamson on CJ McCollum setting Pelicans’ 3-point record

CJ McCollum set a new Pelican’s record by making 11 three-pointers in the win against the 76ers (127-116). He finished the game with 42 points.

It was the fifth straight win for New Orleans. The team is currently sitting atop the Western Conference with 23 wins and 12 losses.

After the game Zion Williamson talked about McCollum’s record, saying that none of his 11 three-pointers looked forced.

“None of the threes looked forced. That’s what made it look beautiful. None of the shots looked forced. They were all in rhythm and within the offense,” Williamson said.
