Russell Westbrook sets new Lakers record

For the second time this season Russell Westbrook recorded a triple-double after coming off the bench. The 34-year-old point guard scored 15 points, grabbed 11 rebounds and dished out 12 assists as the Lakers took down the Nuggets (126-108).

By doing so Westbrook became the first players in Lakers history with multiple triple-doubles off the bench. Magic Johnson is the only player who recorded a triple-double off the bench.

This season Westbrook is averaging 14.7 points, 6.1 rebounds and 7.6 assists in 28.3 minutes per game.
