Kemba Walker posted 32 points and seven assists, Christian Wood added 26 points and 14 rebounds in the Dallas Mavericks’ loss to the Cleveland Cavaliers 100-99 on Saturday night. Dallas was without Luka Donc, Spencer Dinwiddie, and Dwight Powell.
“You have to have a next-man up mentality – and we had a lot of next men up tonight,” Mavericks coach Jason Kidd said, via ESPN. “This is the hardest part of our schedule, but we’re professionals and we’re here.”
