When the clock has hit the wall of his basketball career, Blake Griffin intends to quickly walk away without second thoughts.
Appearing as a guest on “In Depth with Graham Bensinger” show, Griffin made it known that he has no plans to stick around the NBA after hitting his retirement, with family and personal endeavors set to become his main priorities.
Typically, players do intend to remain in basketball after calling it quits. But for Griffin’s case, we can only respect his decision given the grind and the career transition he made from being a franchise cornerstone to a role player.
Having solid individual achievements already, the six-time All-Star can only hope that this season with the Boston Celtics will grant him that golden opportunity to win an elusive championship ring.
