When people are talking about players that changed the game of basketball in the modern era, it’s usually Steph Curry whose name is being mentioned.

James Harden thinks he also made a major impact on the way the game is played. The only thing that he is missing, according to the 76ers superstar, is a championship.

The former NBA MVP, who nearing 1,000 regular season games, is averaging 24.9 points, 5.6 rebounds and 6.8 assists in 34.7 minutes per game since entering the league in 2009.

“So, of course, I care, but people are going to talk no matter what. But I care about, like, winning and things that are important and matter. I don’t care about things that don’t matter, that are gonna be a story for 24 or 48 hours and then go away. “I’m one of the people that changed the game of basketball,” he continued. “Honestly, the only thing that I’m missing is a championship.”

Harden is averaging 22.1 points, 6.7 rebounds and 10.8 assists in 37.8 minutes per game this season.
