Washington Wizards star Bradley Beal is still getting coached by his mother and he claims she’s the best coach he’s ever had.
The shooting guard revealed as much in an episode of No Chill with Gilbert Arenas, also crediting Momma Beal for his routine and mechanics.
“She literally put the ball in my hand, teaches me how to shoot, hand placement, all that, still to this day,” Beal said.

Bradley’s mom, Besta, played collegiate basketball at Kentucky. His father, Bobby, played as a linebacker for Kentucky’s football program as well.
