Chris Finch says Wolves went back to early season habit of starting 3rd quarters with ‘not a lot of purpose’ in loss to Hornets

Minnesota Timberwolves head coach Chris Finch believes his club went back to an old inconsistent habit of starting the 2nd half with low energy during their 110-108 road loss against the Charlotte Hornets last night.

(via Bally Sports North):

“We just came out with not very much energy, and not very much focus, and not a lot of purpose. We haven’t done that for a long time. That was kinda our habit at the beginning of the season. Tonight, we just didn’t have it in the 3rd quarter for whatever reason.”
