Kyrie Irving has missed eight games due to a suspension by the Nets. The last time that the former NBA champion suited up for his team was back on November 2.

He is expected to play against the Grizzlies on Sunday, however, the question is can the Nets continue playing the same with Irving on the roster. Brooklyn is 5-3 without the superstar point guard.

“There’s uncertainty there, for sure,” head coach Jacque Vaughn said, per Brian Lewis of New York Post. “My approach is the train is going to keep moving. And that train is playing hard playing together, being a team: That’s going to continue.”

This season Irving is averaging 26.9 points, 5.1 rebounds and 5.1 assists in 38.6 minutes per game.
