Chet Holmgren, Jaden Ivey among 14 rookies inks deal with Nike

As this year’s draft is filled with young and promising talents, Nike officially made its move to establish a bright, new generation of their brand.

As announced by ESPN’s Nick DePaula, the multinational company officially landed 14 rookies of the league, including the top pick selections Chet Holmgren and Jaden Ivey.

Holmgren, the No. 2 overall pick of the selection via OKC Thunder, remains out for the entirety of the season as he recovers from his Lisfranc injury. But that doesn’t mean that he won’t be an effective asset for the swoosh brand.

Meanwhile, Ivey is currently living up to his name as the fourth overall pick, averaging 19 points, four assists and three boards for two games with the Detroit Pistons.
