Retired NBA player-turned-ESPN analyst Kendrick Perkins doesn’t think the Chicago Bulls will finish in the top six teams in the Eastern Conference this upcoming season.
“I just don’t see [the Chicago Bulls] being a top 6 team in the Eastern Conference … I even have the Hawks ahead of the Bulls,” Perkins said.
