A difficult first season with the Lakers for Russell Westbrook resulted in him dropping significantly on this year’s ESPN Top 100 list.

The former NBA MVP was ranked 29th before the start of last season. This year he is number 65 on the list. Interestingly, the other two players that Lakers have reportedly been targeting – Buddy Hield and Myles Turner – are ranked below Russ – at 90 and 66 respectively.

Last season Westbrook averaged 18.5 points, 7.4 rebounds and 7.1 assists in 34.3 minutes per game for Los Angeles.
