It is still unknown whether Andre Iguodala play his 19th season in the NBA or if he is going to retire. The Warriors, a team that the 38-year-old forward won four championships with, are reportedly keeping an open roster spot for the veteran.

According to Steve Kerr, the two sides will touch base on Iguodala’s future. As for the player himself, he talked about ‘The Decision’ – alluding to LeBron James’ famous decision in 2010 to join the Heat – on his Point Forward podcast.

“I’ve been hearing some chatter recently on decisions and things of that nature,” Iguodala said. “This will be the home of ‘The Decision.’ Is that trademarked – ‘The Decision?’ Can I say ‘The Decision?’ People suing people nowadays, aren’t they? …

“I will be making my announcement, stake my future on Point Forward. How about that? Making it from here Point Forward. Whether I’m taking my talents back to the Warriors or taking my talents somewhere else, or taking my black ass home.”
