The suspicious offseason of Jae Crowder and his future with the Phoenix Suns is continuing to produce some smoke.
The veteran forward took a shady move this Wednesday, pinning an Instagram comment of a fan suggesting that the Miami Heat should claim him back.
Crowder has been a part of the floating trade bubbles this summer, while frequently being tagged with the Miami Heat as a probable landing spot. Rumors also continue to persist that Cam Johnson is likely to take his place in the team’s starting lineup.
Crowder spent the half of 2019-20 campaign in South Beach, as he ultimately helped the franchise to seal an NBA Finals appearance in league’s resumption within the Disney World.
Amid gaining love from the Heat fans, Crowder decided to ink a multi-year deal to the Suns in the 2020 offseason.
In the past two seasons in Phoenix, the 32-year-old pride of Marquette has averaged 9.7 points, 5.0 boards, 2.0 assists, 1.1 steals in 40.2 percent shooting for 127 total games.
