Barcelona point guard Marcelinho Huertas is unlikely to sign a new contract at the end of the Liga Endesa season, as reported by Spanish outlet Gigantes.
And the Brazilian international, who will be a free agent in July is rumoured to attracting attention from Fenerbahce.
Huertas joined Barcelona in 2011 from Caja Laboral [Laboral Kutxa] as a replacement for Ricky Rubio, who went to the Minnesota Timberwolves and since his arrival, the Catalan side have won two league crowns, and two Spanish Cups.
But with his four-year contract due to run out at the end of the season, 31-year-old, Huertas is possibly looking to end his playing career with a dream move to the NBA, a source told Israeli journalist David Pick.

While it sounds crazy that the idea of Huertas signing an NBA contract at 31 is likely, anything can be possible. Euroleague veteran Pablo Prigioni inked a rookie deal with the New York Knicks in 2012 at the age of 35.
After a slow start in New York, Prigioni gradually earned playing time and in the end played a vital role with the Knicks, often starting at the point guard position. He was then traded to the Houston Rockets in February in order for the Knicks to rebuild their roster.
So there is a shot for Huertas to make his mark in the NBA but for now, his goal will be the Liga Endesa title with Barcelona.
