A sports analyst and former American football tight end for the Denver Broncos and Baltimore Ravens, Shannon Sharpe, shared his thoughts on the Los Angeles Lakers finalizing a deal to acquire veteran guard Patrick Beverley from the Utah Jazz:
“I like the deal a lot. Pat isn’t the defender he once was, but he’s better at defending than anybody the Lakers currently have. What Pat brings to the table is exactly what Darvin Ham is looking for.”
