According to Johnny Askounis of Eurohoops, free agent small forward Jaylen Hoard has inked a deal with newly-renamed Israel club Hapoel Vegan Friendly Tel Aviv. The contract is only partially guaranteed.
Hoard, 23, made his way to 42 NBA games between the Portland Trail Blazers and Oklahoma City Thunder over the last three seasons.
