According to Chris Haynes of Yahoo Sports, free agent guard Zavier Simpson has reached an agreement with the Orlando Magic.
Simpson, 25, went undrafted out of Michigan in 2020 and spent his first two pro seasons with the Thunder’s G League affiliate, the Oklahoma City Blue.
In 35 regular season games (32.4 MPG) with the Blue in 2022, the 6’0″ point guard averaged 14.6 PPG, 5.1 RPG, 6.5 APG, and 1.8 SPG on .488/.350/.692 shooting.
