A month after Kevin Durant made his traded request he still a Net. Despite interest from several teams, the trade talks reportedly have not progressed to where they were a month ago.
“For now, we are nearly at the same spot we were a month ago — waiting to see if a trade materializes or if Durant is in a Brooklyn uniform at the start of the season,” Bobby Marks said on ESPN+ on Thursday, per Nets Daily.
The Suns, Heat, Celtics and Wizards have come up most as potential suitors for the two-time NBA champion. However, the steep asking price set Brooklyn is an obstacle for any deal to be made.
