WNBA All-Star and two-time Olympic gold medalist Brittney Griner was arrested at Moscow airport on February 18 for allegedly bringing vape cartridges containing hash oil – which is illegal in Russia – into the country.
Russian law expert William Pomeranz talked about Brittney Griner whose drug case trial in Russia has begun: “She will be found guilty because there is a biased courts conviction in Russian criminal trials. There is a 99% conviction rate.”
