Klay Thompson and Steve Kerr have been enjoying a successful cooperation for the past eight years since the former player took the Warriors head coaching job.
Since then Golden State won four championships with the most recent one coming this year. Because of how successful the team has been, Thompson says he is committed to playing only for Kerr.
“I’mma go full Michael Jordan, I’m aligning myself with Steve [Kerr], I ain’t playing for anybody else but Steve [Kerr],” Thompson said as his head coach bursted out laughing.
