Ime Udoka upset about Celtics turnovers, calls G2 a disappointing loss

Ime Udoka isn’t pleased with how his Boston Celtics squad secured each and every possession this Sunday.

“Didn’t give ourselves a chance with a lot of those turnovers,” Udoka said, via insider Bobby Krivitsky.

Throughout the Game 2 clash, Boston has been disastrous in handling the ball well. Golden State forced a total of 19 turnovers, which has been converted to 15 points of their 107-88 win.

Also, Udoka didn’t like how the Cs had converted their shots to be successful, just settling for a lowly 37.5 percent from the field. Notably, they allowed the Warriors to snatch the whole momentum in the third frame via a 35-14 blaze.

“We look at it as a disappointing loss in Game 2, and a game we didn’t play up to our potential and our standards,” Udoka stated.

“With their smaller lineups in there we have to attack the basket much more aggressively.”

The Warriors have evened up the series with 1-1, as the Finals series is set to shift now in Massachusetts. As such, Udoka can only hope that his team will bounce back harder heading back home.
