This past summer Andre Iguodala returned to the Warriors after a year in Miami. He was a part of Golden State team that won three championships during his first spell with the team.

The 38-year-old small forward has been on four different teams and was teammates with a number of stars during his 18-year NBA career. But playing along Steph Curry is different, says Iguodala.

Via Scott Ostler of San Francisco Chronicle:

“Every team I’ve ever been on, I’ve hooked up these relationships, but this is a special place for me, in terms of just playing with Steph.. I think we take for granted the special players and the special talents, because we’re too close to it, but you don’t meet too many Steph Currys. … That’s motivation (to me), to make sure the guys around him are locked in, because they can take that for granted, as well. He’s the foundation of it all.”
