Grant Williams scored a career-high 27 points (seven 3-pointers), Jayson Tatum added 23 and the Boston Celtics set a Game 7 record with 22 3-pointers to eliminate the Giannis Antetokounmpo-led Milwaukee Bucks 109-81 on Sunday in the Eastern Conference semifinals.
The Boston Celtics will face the top-seeded Miami Heat beginning Tuesday in a rematch of the 2020 East finals.
After knocking out the Bucks, the Celtics star Jayson Tatum shared his thoughts on playing the Miami Heat: “It only gets tougher … I’ll go home, pack my bag and get ready for the next one and go to Miami.”
