The Miami Heat beat the Philadelphia 76ers 99-90 in Game 6 on Thursday night to advance to the East finals. The Sixers point guard James Harden, who has a $47.4 million player option for the 2022-23 season, scored his last basket at the 3:31 mark of the second quarter.

Following the game, the Sixers big man Joel Embiid (20 points along with 12 rebounds) shared some of his thoughts about his fellow teammate James Harden: “Obviously, since we got him, everybody expected the Houston James Harden, but that’s not who he is anymore. He’s more of a playmaker.”
