Ja Morant has aggravated his knee issue after Jordan Poole yanked his knee while attempting to reach for the loose ball. The incident fuelled speculations on whether it was intentional or not.

Warriors superstar Steph Curry, while understanding of the seriousness of Morant’s injury, thinks that his teammate had no bad intentions.

“It’s unfortunate that that was a conversation right now because obviously nobody wants to see anybody get hurt,” the three-time NBA champion said.

“But there’s nothing malicious about what Jordan did. There’s no comparison to what Dillon [Brooks] did or Draymond [Green] dd, like nothing in that vein.

“It’s not a joking matter that Ja’s hurt but all the rest of it is total BS in terms of the conversation right now. I remember that term they came up with ‘Hot stove contact,’ this is what it felt like. Keep it moving.”
