76ers’ Paul Reed on Heat: “Honestly, I think we can definitely beat this team”

The Philadelphia 76ers opened their second round series against the Miami Heat with loss (92-106). Three players led the Sixers in scoring in absence of Joel Embiid.

Tobias Harris scored 27 points, Tyrese Maxey had 19 and James Harden added 16. For their part, the Heat had five players in double digits with Tyler Herro (25 points) and Bam Adebayo (24 points) being the top scorers.

The two teams exchanged winning the first two quarters but Miami controlled the game in the second half. Despite the loss, Sixers forward Paul Reed is confident his teams can beat the Heat.

“Honestly, I think we can definitely beat this team,” Reed said, per Kyle Neubeck. “We go out there, we be more physical than them and play more aggressive, keep them on their heels, they’re going to fold.”
