Jordan Poole made an impressive performance in his debut in the NBA playoffs, leading the Golden State Warriors to the 107-123 win over the Denver Nuggets in Game 1.
Poole had 30 points for the winners, on 9/13 shooting and 5/7 from beyond the arc. After the game, the young guard shared his thoughts on his first postseason game.
“I felt pretty prepared. Coaching staff did a really good job of putting the game plan up, setting it up, and then we did a really good job as a team just going out there and executing,” Jordan Poole told media.
The Warriors now lead the series 1-0, with Game 2 taking place at Chase Center on Monday.
