Even though the Lakers are 2-2 over the last four games but there is improvement in the way the team plays. Carmelo Anthony talked about what has changed for Los Angeles recently.
“I think maybe understanding the stakes made me understand what we’re up against,” Melo said. “I want to say desperation but I think a deep understanding of where we at in the position that we’re in right now.”
When asked why it took so long for the team to realize that, Anthony did not have an answer. “If had the answer, I would answer that long time ago. I don’t have the answer to that.
“The only thing I can speak on is how we’ve been playing as of late, how we’ve been competing as of late and how we just been preparing ourselves for this last stretch.”
