Wolves to shut down Jaden McDaniels for two weeks due to an ankle sprain

Minnesota Timberwolves sophomore forward Jaden McDaniels will be shelved for two weeks due to a left ankle sprain.

McDaniels sustained the injury in the dying seconds of his team’s last duel against the San Antonio Spurs on Monday.

McDaniels is averaging 9.4 points on 45.9% shooting, 4.3 rebounds, and 1.1 assists. A versatile wingman, he is one of the promising pieces of Minnesota’s young nucleus and bright future moving ahead.

The T-Wolves are currently seventh in the Western Conference with a 40-30 card.
