Luka Doncic will team up with LeBron James in this year’s NBA All-Star Game after being selected by the four-time NBA champion as the first reserve pick.

It will be his third straight All-Star Game for the Slovenian superstar. Doncic was one the winning side the first two times and expects to be 3-0 after this year.

Via Callie Caplan of The Dallas Morning News:

“He’s one of the best players to ever play this game,” Doncic said of James. “As a kid, I look up to him, so it’s really a special moment when he picks me. I’m really glad that he picks me.

“I think that team is going to win again, hopefully, so I’ll be 3-0 after this.”

This season Doncic is averaging 27.5 points, 9.2 rebounds and 9 assists in 35.4 minutes per game. Luka’s number increased in February. This months he is averaging 36.3 points 10.6 rebounds and 9.4 assists per game.
