The Philadelphia 76ers are playing without Ben Simmons, who refuse to play and insists on getting traded to another team, this season.
Superstar Joel Embiid was asked recently if he would welcome Simmons back. According to the Cameroonian center, he is open to anyone who would help his win a championship.
“I mean, honestly, I’m trying to win,” Embiid said, per Derek Bodner. “I’m trying to win a championship. Whatever’s gonna help me achieve that, I’m fine with whatever. I’ve always said that, obviously, we’re a better team with him on the floor.”
The Sixers are very interested in traded for James Harden and Simmons is thought to be part of such deal should it happen.
