So far Damian Lillard has spent his entire NBA career with the Portland Trail Blazers. However, it is believed that the 31-year-old superstar is losing patient with team after failing to win a championship over 10 years in Portland.
According to NBA analyst Chad Ford, Lillard is not insisting on joining the Philadelphia 76ers but would prefer to stay in the Western Conference.
“I don’t actually think that – at least nothing that I’ve heard of – has Damian Lillard insisting that it has to be Philadelphia, that he goes to. In fact, everything that I’ve heard is that he would prefer a move to the West coast or to stay on the West coast,” Ford said on Ford’s NBA Big Board, per HoopsHype.
This season Lillard is averaging 24 points, 4.1 rebounds and 7.3 assists per game.
