LeBron James to sit down for the Lakers versus Sixers due to knee soreness

Superstar LeBron James won’t play in the Los Angeles Lakers’ marquee Thursday showdown against the Philadelphia 76ers.

Per Shams Charania of The Athletic and Stadium, the four-time MVP has a left knee soreness and is listed as day to day unavailable from team activities.

Los Angeles head coach Frank Vogel said in pre-game that James woke up with some soreness in his left knee, an issue that placed the 37-year-old superstar for a rest, via team insider Mike Trudell.
