According to Shams Charania of The Athletic and Stadium, small-ball big man Stanley Johnson has agreed to a new two-year contract with the Los Angeles Lakers. Johnson’s final 10-day contract expires on Wednesday, but his contagious defense, energy, and play earn him a guaranteed rest of the year. Johnson averaged 8.4 points in the last five games, shooting 60% from the field and 50% from downtown.
