Russell Westbrook has been taking heat from the Los Angeles Lakers fans for his recent shooting slump where he had less than ten points for three straight games.
Recently, a Westbrook diss track was published, which received over one million views on TikTok in just one day. It was re-published to Instagram and received a comment from former Laker Nick Young, who defended Russ.
“That’s why they losing because ppl show hate more them love this man Russ is a first ballot Hall of Famer and y’all been talking about him like he tony snell lol no disrespect,” Young wrote on Instagram.
This season, Westbrook is averaging 18.7 points, 8.1 rebounds and 8 assists per game for Los Angeles. In terms of scoring, this is his third worst NBA season. He averaged less only in his first two years in the league.
