Steph Curry ruled out versus Timberwolves due to right hand soreness upon awkward fall

Superstar Stephen Curry is set to miss the Golden State Warriors’ next game against the Minnesota Timberwolves on Sunday.

As reported by Anthony Slater of The Athletic, Curry has right hand soreness — rooted from his awkward fall in Friday’s dominant win over the Chicago Bulls.

Curry is gunning for a third MVP campaign with the Warriors, averaging 26.3 points, 6.0 assists, 5.4 rebounds and 1.4 steals per game.

The Warriors remain superior atop of the Western Conference echelon, carving a 31-11 and a top two spot.
