According to Michael Scotto, the Los Angeles Lakers have expressed interest in the Toronto Raptors shooting guard Gary Trent Jr.:
“The Los Angeles Lakers have been doing their due diligence around the league, and expressed interest in Raptors guard Gary Trent Jr., according to league sources. One of several players they’ve checked in on.”
The 22-year-old has played 4 seasons for the Trail Blazers and Raptors. He has averaged 12.0 points and 2.1 rebounds in 167 regular-season games.
