Golden State Warriors are expected to have players back in the next few games as several teams are emerging from a COVID outbreak in the NBA.

The Warriors saw Andrew Wiggins returning to action Tuesday, after exiting COVID protocols. The same went for Jordan Poole, who isolated himself on Boston and returned to San Francisco earlier this week.

After the loss to the Denver Nuggets on Tuesday, Steve Kerr shared an update on Poole’s condition, as the sharpshooter is nearing to return to court.

“He was in a good mood today, as you might expect. Finally getting out of Boston and making it home. He got a good workout in while we were playing, and we’ll reevaluate everything on Thursday,” Kerr said.

Poole lost six consecutive games. The last time he stepped on the court was at Madison Square Garden, when Curry set a new all-time three-point record.

The Warriors are still missing Draymond Green, who entered NBA’s health and safety protocols earlier this week. The “Dubs” will face Denver again on Dec 30.
