Kawhi Leonard “is doing good,” says Ty Lue

Los Angeles Clippers superstar Kawhi Leonard continues his recovery from a partial ACL tear in his right knee. The two-time NBA champion has been out of action since Game 4 of the Western Conference semifinals against the Utah Jazz.

As the middle of the 2021-2022 NBA regular season is approaching, Clippers head coach Ty Lue had some positive news about Leonard’s recovery. He said that the 30-year-old forward “is doing good”, via Ohm Youngmisuk. Lue also added that he hasn’t been watching Leonard work out too much because he doesn’t “want to get too excited”.

Without their superstar, the Clippers are sitting in the fifth place in the Western Conference with 17 wins and 16 losses.
