Greg Monroe is close to his return to the NBA, as he plans to sign a short-term deal with the Minnesota Timberwolves.
The veteran center is expected to join the Wolves on a 10-day deal and help cover the absence of Karl-Anthony Towns. The latter has entered the Health and Safety protocols.
