Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James used a meme to weigh in on the issue that the league is currently facing, namely players and some coaches missing games due to COVID-19 protocols. James posted a meme on Instagram in which three spidermen are pointing at each other with labels “covid”, “cold”, and “flu” written on them:
