Ja Morant returns to Grizzlies lineup after missing 12 games

Ja Morant will make his return for the Memphis Grizzlies in the home game vs the Oklahoma City Thunder on Monday night.

Morant was out of action for a month, after suffering a knee injury on November 26. In the meantime, he also entered the Health and Safety protocols of the NBA and missed some additional time.

However, he is now ready to go and will be in the lineup for the game vs the Thunder. Without the explosive guard, the Grizzlies lost only twice in that 12 games (10-2). As a result, they are fourth in the West, at 19-12. Ja Morant leads Memphis in scoring (24.1 points per game) and assists (6.8).
