The Cleveland Cavaliers extended their winning streak to five games by crushing the Houston Rockets 124-89. The winners made 56.3% of their shots and 45% of their three-pointers.

Darius Garland was the top scorer for the winners with 21 points. After the game, the 21-year-old point guard talked about his team’s recent success.

“Like I said, we’re putting in the work, so we have the confidence that the ball is going to go in every time we shoot it,” Garland said postgame. “That’s what it was today. The rim looked big, the ball was going in today.”

After several tough seasons, the Cavs are back in the upper half of the Eastern Conference. As of now, Cleveland is 4th in the East with 18 wins and 12 losses.
